And why would you be racing with the Touring edition, leather and all that fancy crap is useless if your making it a Track car? I mean, at least IMHO. |

Let's name our Z's "super track edition" from now on. But wait, OP will come up with "super duper track edition". It's never going to end..... |

Ok... allow me to summarize...
1. Your stock genesis coupe will get destroyed on ANY track on this planet by a stock Z w/ equal drivers 2. There is also the issue of weight... The Z weighs about 3-400 lbs less than the gen... comparable trims of course 3. The Z brakes from 60 in about a 100' the Gen does it in about 110'... So ... the brakes on the Z are better... the topend on the Z is better... the skid pad on the Z is better... the tires on the Z are better... How does your genesis measure up against a Z in ANY track? And of course this beast here will dominate... its a drift car... MR for perfect weight distro... 500hp... lol if you had a 500whp MR Z you will destroy almost anything out there w/a good driver... |

as for your first question. from the site: * 19-inch Euroflange gunmetal finish alloy wheels with staggered high-performance summer-compound Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires (P225/40YR19 front, P245/40YR19 rear) * Unique Brembo braking system with 13.4-inch ventilated front rotors, 42mm four-piston fixed front calipers (red), 13.0-inch ventilated rear rotors, 32mm+28mm four-piston fixed rear calipers (red) * Unique track-tuned suspension, higher-rate coil springs, higher-control shock absorbers, 25mm front stabilizer bar, 22mm rear stabilizer bar, strut brace * Torsen-type limited-slip differential |
For those asking:
~Four-piston Brembo brakes with 13.4" rotors in the front and 13" in the rear ~314HP (Premium) / 306HP (Regular) ~0-60 : 5.5 sec ~Weight: 3397 |

Well to be "fair," you should be comparing your track gen coupe to the track Z then (which is called Nismo), but even still. The gen coupe in all magazine/online/etc. have shown the gen coupe falls short in all categories other than one, price.
The reviewers either are all wrong or out to get Hyundai, while they praise the car for being a great first go, the reviews always end with: "You get what you pay for." If you want it all then you pay for it in a Z or even a Porsche (for the next level), but if you are on a budget then the gen coupe can fill the void while not killing your wallet. But do realize you are not going to best the car above you (i.e. the Z). *Comparisons are all stock to stock* |

See, these are the comments we are talking about. So far this thread has been civil, you posting about your gen coupe times trying to prove your car might be faster against a stock Z, etc. Yet you go and ruin it by posting this, yes his comment was not on-topic, but it was a joke. See how people are laughing at it, so no, they are not "threatened" by you. |
