As I stated earlier in a post...I took the same pics as Kevin, he must have been standing behind me the entire shoot. Therefore it would be redundant to post the same pics up.

I did and it's making time to downsize and upload to my Picasa photo data storage. Bear with me guys I am known for taking forever to upload photos.

Where are all the other photos taken by others? I saw that everyone had cameras, but have only seen Kevin's photos posted.

Sounds interesting, maybe even worth the drive from Yuba, since this is the final week of holiday stand down for us I only work monday and friday this week. hmmm. How do they expect most people to make it though in the middle of the week?? Are people asking off work for this?

Yeh, it should be a good run and catered breakfast ! I am getting off work early New Years Eve and will spend the rest of the day prepping the Z.

If interested we could meet at my normal rendezvous meet up location - Chevron station at I-80 in W. Sac just before heading over the causeway.

Let me know and I will post up a meet up time .....gonna be early though if we need to get there by 7:30 am.

I will not be able to make this run. Kate and I are spending New Year's day together and are filling it with a long hike along the American River Parkway and a movie.

I really don't want to get up prior to 0530, how about meeting at the Chevron at 0630, does that work for you? Given the traffic situation early on new years day we should probably get there about on time anyway.

this looks cool just sooooo early the day after new year :icon14:

NINJA 12-30-2013 02:33 PM

Just show up still drunk and tipsy from the night before. Don't go to sleep, just power through it. Little mountain of white powder for breakfast, good to go.

SuperDave 12-30-2013 04:48 PM

I do a little over 2 hours a day in my z (mon - fri). Not really feeling a 4 hours cruise around Livermore on new years day... Think I'll pass on this one guys.

Let me map the time distance and see when we would get there from the Chevron station in W,Sac. There is a little lead way from arrival time and breakfast. I will get back with you. I think it can work but want to check to make sure

There is some lead way, we could arrive at 8:30 in Livermore and still catch breakfast. I know it's early, I have done early morning departure before.....lots of coffee, and road trip snacks. A co-pilot helps as they can always drive the first and last leg (all freeway) to the start point and the return drive back to Sac. I understand thou, it's going to be a rough morning for folks that party the night before...Meh..I will be washing the car New Year's Eve and hopefully get to bed by 10pm.

Reused the stock ones. I have a more agressive bar setup on my Lexus and have yet to tear the ends up. If you find you really need rod-end style links, then go to J. Milano's in Stockton- they are a general machine supply house- they stock metric rod ends and couplers. I made some end links for my Scion for about $20... (stock ones too long)

SuperDave 01-02-2014 02:56 PM

15mm Ichiba V2 bolt on spacers for sale. High quality, no wobbles, with hub rings. Currently installed on my Z, but trading up to 22mm. Posting here before I post publicly...
