exhaust install in SF?

has anyone had a CBE and HFC's installed in SF and was happy with the service? I'd rather not have to travel all the way to SJ for Z Garage.

just wanted to say I had my exhaust installed by Exact Motorsports in Milpitas. they did a great job and am happy with the overall experience. I'll be going back to them.

Are you by any chance local to San Jose? I just wanted to hear the exhaust, as well as the hfcs. Thanks a lot.

Btw, I had both my Nismo exhaust, as well as my HKS exhaust installed at Exact Motorsports when I had my 350z. :-)

just saying there are plenty of shops that you could have gone too to get your exhaust installed instead of going out of the county to get it done...Mach III, cityauto...just to name a couple....

I live in SF. If you're ever up this way I can show it to you.

well, Mach III got a pretty bad review on this site. I haven't heard of city auto. I really don't mind a 40 min drive if I can get a quick appt and be in/out with no hassles. they were done at the exact time they quoted me and even loaded all my old exhaust parts neatly into my car to take back. I think the price was fair and the install looks perfect (tips centered, made sure clearance was good everywhere, etc). they also work saturdays which is a huge plus for me. I'll be going back to them.

ha,
you got that from my350z...i can vouch for all their service since most of them were done by them on my car and my girlfriends car....and i am not mistaken...the issue was brought up to mach iii owners and the person does not work there anymore....wyman is the one who actually does the work on the g's and z's...highly recommended because he has a G himself...and rolls with @po crew...and if you know @po crew than you know a little something about their cars...but none the less back to the topic...you got what you needed...it the same reason why i go up to the city for the installs...

vortex,
now, that i did some research i know exactly who that is. I will just say that particular person hates mach iii...not because of that issue...it's just on a personal level...so like the old saying goes...dont judge a book by its cover.
