Thanks for the quick replies! I got some recommendations from some of my mechanic friends and performance shops down south to talk to Northwest Differential. I spoke with them about the job today and think I'm gonna give them a shot. They had great customer service and were genuinely excited to work on the Z. I think I'm gonna take it there in a couple weeks, still waiting on the gears
 I'll post on the outcome
