Seattle to Olympia Tuning?

I just dont want to get screwed over because im completely unfamiliar with tuning.

Like Titan said Intec or Kito know what they are doing and use dynos to dial things in. Running the car on a dyno will allow a tune fitted for your specific car and mods. Personally I would avoid a canned tune or something that comes in the mail.
