Sorry guys for not updating about this as often been a little busy.

Here is a link of the route we will be taken to bear mountain. First we will stop at the observatory then later head to the main parking lot.

Please remember that it is a state park and they have a $10 entrance car fee. Also, there is a gas station right before entering starbucks so you can fill up before meeting us. :driving:As for food, we can all head out to eat at a restaurant in the area or we can bring bbq items and bbq there :tup:

Considering you guys are a civilized crowd, i actually wouldnt be against frequenting a venture with you all. Perhaps something like Jose Tejas - great food at a good price with a nice atmosphere, not far from our Bear mt. run location - casual place and we should all find parking.
