I'm not saying the driver had the right to run over the rider. If I needed to do so and save my family that's what would happen. At that point If I get charged and convicted of man slaughter is fine. I'm not trying to say who's right or wrong nor to be politically correct.

I can sympathize with that and would likely break some laws if needed to protect family.

That said, I'd much rather live someplace where I don't have to break any laws. I hear prison food is awful and I could never by with a roommate:icon17:

...but you think the RR driver did deserve the "death sentence"? That's what could have easily happened. If what he claims is true and he saw a guy with a knife slashing his tires and people smashing his windows, don't you think it was reasonable to take action. As we've seen, all hell can break loose in seconds. Maybe you ride a bike and sympathize, but I really don't follow your logic here. Look, I get it, no one should be allowed to kill someone because they don't like them. This wasn't about that. I seriously doubt RR guy's plan that Sunday was to hunt down bikers and run them over. I also think you're a bit naïve. Road rage guys are not polite. The bikers didn't stop the RR because they wanted to give the guy a hug and settle it. So much talk about how the RR could have avoided it, but the bikers had plenty more opportunities to avoid it too. Someone rational in the group could stepped up and cooled things down.


On another note, they found the guy that filmed the video.

I don't think it's worth trying to get Andre to understand. He's either deliberately obtuse or trolling.

This happened in N.Y.C. When you stop traffic on a road or highway there, you'd be stopping many, many vehicles. How & why did the RR end up in the front all alone? The only one that bumped the bikes then drove over them.

All the other vehicles weren't even in the videos. He should have stayed with the rest of the traffic & let those biker jerks do their thing. Nothing would have happened except for the cops looking for the bikers that pulled that stunt.

The RR driver was only beat up(bruised) after he tried to run over ALL the standing bikes in front of him, who had their backs to the RR.

There was a white van which made it through all the bikers.

They had no reason to block his path in the first place. If we used your logic, the guys on bikes could have pulled him out of the car and beat him. Only then can he get back in the car and run them over?

...and he wasn't just bruised. Guys ganged up on him and kicked his head while he's on the ground. Someone knifed his face. Being discharged from the hospital doesn't equate to "no injuries." It just means that the injuries are non life threatening and he can receive care as an outpatient.

Why would the traffic in front of them stop? That's why you don't see cars in front.....

That's another option. I just have no idea how you can look at all of the news on this and come to the conclusions he did. Looking at some of his posts here (since edited) and in other threads, something just ain't right with this guy.

"bikers beat driver" How about "driver runs over bikers" Nobody would have even looked at his car if he stayed with the rest of the traffic. He was chased & pulled out of his car ONLY AFTER he ran the bikers over. Looked like he tried to hit & run.

Drugs. There's a reason why they are illegal.
