You should call the dealer and see what they would charge you for a new set and sent it to the insurance company.

The only way an insurance company make money is by not paying. Fight 'em

How do people insure there wheels? Stated value or "aftermarket capped" program?
Insurance companies bank of people either not making claims, or like ^^ said, shafting people when they do make claims. My friend rolled his Explorer with me in the back seat, and his insurance didn't want to pay my medical bills because I took an "assumed risk" by riding in an SUV and knowing they're prone to roll overs! Can you believe that? We weren't even offroading.

But yeah, you should be paid for the cost of new wheels, new tires (or at least pro-rated), TPMS, install/calibration of TPMS, mount/balance of tires, body damage... You should not have to spend a penny out of pocket to get your car back on the road (other than your deductible). Once you know how much they're going to give you, let me know if you're interested in some aftermarket wheels. I'm know we can come up with a nice set of wheels at a great price for you.

And I'm going to repeat myself here... An alarm w/ tilt sensor will do a lot more to stop a thief than wheel locks. Do both, and you're not likely to end up having your wheels snatched any time soon.
