The BMW has 90K+ miles and maintenance from time to time is an issue. Not to say there is anything extremely wrong with it, but I'd rather not have to hit a big hiccup in the future.

Hahaha, definitely man. We just talk and crack a lot of jokes. Ever since buying a 335i Coupe with my GF, I've gotten very cool with the BMW guys and started inviting them...which has kinda caused a lot of guys to drift and sell their Zs. Hahaha.
