try a different shop... that is where I would start

The new NJ inspection law you just have to pass emission and your gas cap from what I have heard they are letting blacked out tinted windows threw here.

But I will say this why would you ut something illegal on your car when you knew you would fail for it?

Don't roll the windows down. Break them. Completely shatter them. Now THAT's sticking it to the man.

Well it's only 30% instead of the legal 35% and they were given me a hard time. I found a shop and solved the problems, thank you all for the responses

I haven't messed with my fuses yet so not exactly sure where ours are. It's not hard though.
