where did you get that number from? That's what you can get a infiniti q60 for.

Because of the price of the Q50 and Q60.
G35 price = 350Z
G37 price = 370Z

They should offer a AWD version. But the biggest issues and it's been mentioned plenty, Nissan's auto transmission

Well, its already some what screwed with their auto transmission. Definitely wont be as good as the bmw supra.
Unless Nissan's smart using another auto trans.

Still some conflicting info on if the upcoming car is an updated Z34 or the new Z35. I’m glad we’ll at least get something new soon. I’m hopeful for some confirmation of the rumors.

A day late and a dollar short if you ask me. Although that doesn't really makes sense. More like 5 years late and too much dollars (we'll see).

At least it's something new. Well, sort of I guess lol

I wonder how much hate it will get once it is released? I mean, we have all been waiting like 5+ years for a new version of this car and now that it seems like we are getting one at the same time the company is going through major losses - I just wonder how much of a quality car will we get. Don't get me wrong - I am excited about the idea of having a turbo engine in it but it does make me wonder how much Nissan is going to commit to this car. I feel this 'stop gap' should have happened when they redid the Nismo back in 2015 - with those recaros and bodykit - it would have been awesome to see them throw that engine in it to push and justify that $48k price tag associated with it.

Regardless I am excited and can't wait to hear more and then to see more when they finally reveal it and we start seeing a lot of YouTube vids from some of the car vloggers. Should be fun :)

Let's hope they improve in QC too

What using koenigseggs LST or light speed transmission?
Use this on the updated Z car and the GTR.
It seems it's better than what's out there now.

I'm sure itll take at least a decade for that type of transmission to cost cheap enough go put in a Z!!

It will never be cheap enough for the Z. Just look at the DCT's. They're still $$$

tvfreakazoid 01-23-2020 07:02 PM

Well nissan needs to set itself apart from stangs, Camaro and bmw.
Give it a awd option and zf tranny at least
