Random car hesitiation under 4000RPM

Among other things, my car's been getting random hesitation below 4000RPM. It is mostly in the 2000-25000 range where the car would cut in and out, almost like fuel cut.

Default Random car hesitiation under 4000RPM

Among other things, my car's been getting random hesitation below 4000RPM. It is mostly in the 2000-25000 range where the car would cut in and out, almost like fuel cut. I have filled up the tank, but the car is still doing that. If anything, it is getting worse. Car is an 09 with 12K miles, stock. No check engine light, so cant bring it to Nissan to get it fixed as they are idiots.
