Is there a wire that connects to part 27054M?

The hose is not connected to anything and there feels like a wire with a plug is loose up there. I think they forgot to replace that part when they reassembled my car today.

Yes. I had the same exact symptoms as the OP and finally got around to fixing it today. It turns out the unplugged wire was zip tied way up under the dash. I can only assume that the previous owner removed while installing stereo/NAV and didn't know what it was for when putting everything back together. Either that or they took it to a crappy shop to install the HU.

Just be aware that it may not be visible and dangling right next to the plug if it is in fact disconnected. Someone moron may have tucked it out of the way!
