Is there a wire that connects to part 27054M? The hose is not connected to anything and there feels like a wire with a plug is loose up there. I

Is there a wire that connects to part 27054M?
The hose is not connected to anything and there feels like a wire with a plug is loose up there. I think they forgot to replace that part when they reassembled my car today. |
