Factory warranty

Correct me if I'm wrong, but although my car is an 09, from the auto check info, looks like the car was purchased 1 of 2010. This means my factory warranty is good thru 1 of 2013, yes? Or 36,000 miles.

yah, check with your dealer but it's usually based on the date and milage the car was put into service.

Warranties are based on the original purchase date.
I bought a new '94 Celica in '96 and the warranty started on the day that I bought it.
