Default Paint under warranty???

I just got my Z and yesterday I noticed on the passenger side, back of the car, there is two spots.

I'm not sure what caused this, at first I just thought it was bird crap but it isn't coming off, it looks like something is eroding the paint. It is bothering the hell outta me, I can't think what could have caused minus someone getting a chemical on my car.

Do you think I can get this corrected with the warranty?

Yes, whether or not the dealer gives you a hard time about it is another story.

Take it to the dealership immediately before they blame YOU for dumping some sort of chemical on it.

Also,

are they yellow? i guess nissan marks each fender after inspection with a yellow marker to show that it passes. it takes a bit of time before it comes off. same with the blue dots on the wheels. im not sure if this is what your talking about though.
