:ugh: tell them to cover your aftermarket csc replace, that should fix it.

jcosta79 05-04-2015 12:49 PM

I'm sure they're not going to pay for an aftermarket part.

Zbrah 05-04-2015 01:24 PM

Well if they put in a 3rd oem csc and still does not work then what. Lemon it?

2016 gtr?

:shakes head:

Really annoying that Nissan cannot just ******* make this right. This is one of a few repeated problems with the car that are just, well, dumb.

Good luck getting your car fixed and working again.

On the bright side, I get to keep driving my loaner car... A Versa!!!

Wow what a piece of crap.

So apparently the new CSC is fine, they just needed to bleed it again. They did that yesterday and they want to keep it another day and make sure it stays fixed.

Mama mia.

Hmm...sounds like the techs really know what they're doing :ugh2:

I'm glad to hear you're finally getting the car back. Did note down your mileage? I suggest doing a full inspection of the vehicle for any damages before driving off. Last time I left my car at the dealer for a week, it came back with hundreds of tiny rock chips all over the front bumper, had I not catch it I would have had to pay out of pocket to fix it.

Get them to inspect/replace the CMC. You should be back on the road after that.

Edit, or get yourself the 2016 GTR ;)

Oh yeah, good point Mr. Gale ... If they didn't replace the CMC at the same time as the CSC you will be going back to the dealer soon I bet. At least it is easy compared to the CSC labor.

jcosta79 05-07-2015 03:31 AM

Soooooo... Car is fine. Drives good, no damage, they didn't drive it too much.

However...

I noticed that my Valentine 1 radar detector was stolen. It was most likely the guys that towed the car to the dealership. I filed a police report with the company's name and number, the driver's name and number, and I also made a claim with my insurance company since they are the ones I called.

I can't catch a break here. I'm a decent guy. What did I do to deserve this?!?!

:(

JARblue 05-07-2015 07:15 AM

WTF people!! Jeez man, sorry to hear :( Glad the car is at least driving well :driving:
