Default Hardtop for 370Z

I would definitely be interested in a hardtop for the 370Z. I had a hardtop for my 71' TR6 and my 1975 Triumph Stag. The hardtop really changes the way the car feels and gives you a much better confidence with your vehicle during the winter months (live in Virginia). It was always a "big" day in the spring when the hardtop came off!

I had a couple other convertibles that didn't have hardtops and had to replace the tops every 2-3 years - of course they were owned in my "pre-garage" days and we're daily drivers. So am interested in seeing how the 370Z top "weathers".

I recently purchased my 2010 Roadster after selling my 2006 Corvette (with Targa top). I purchased the Vette 4 years ago. The 350Z was my second choice, but I didn't buy it because it didn't have a hardtop available. I drive the interstate a lot, and the Corvette with the targa top off isn't much fun at 70+ mph - way too much turbulence in the cockpit.

So in spite of not having a hardtop available, I went with The 370Z Roadster this time. I just have to realize that I can't drive it during certain winter conditions. Having adecent hardtop would make more useable.

Ironically, there is a company who makes a hard top for the 350z. I called them a few weeks ago to see if it would fit the 370 (it doesnt) or if they are making one for the 370 (no plans to). I could be easily persuaded to contact them with a long list of names of people interested in it to see if they are willing to put it in the plans then

I'd buy one...as long as it looked great, was easy on/off and secured properly.
