If you are using satellite then it will work just fine. But for AM/FM you could see a decrease in reception depending on how far away from the station you are or the lay of the land.

Thankful to the previous owner that the antenna was replaced by a 7"-er. Not obnoxious looking at all and great reception

No I haven't done anything with the exhaust. I really don't plan on messing with the exhaust any time soon. I'm like you & aren't planning on doing too many mods. I have installed a spoiler on the tail & think it looks great. I am right now working on painting my door handles to match the color of the car. Dan |
I may be an isolated case, I installed the stubby antenna from a recommend here on the board, there are areas in the city that I get zero reception which can suck but it's not a big deal since I usually listen to my phone anyway

Yes if you are listening to AM/FM then you will probably get dropout in some cases. I use satellite all the time & is probably the only way the stubby will work 100%. If you only use the radio as a backup to your phone, then all is good. The stubby looks way better than the original. |
