I think you need to go WAY above the service dept or anyone at the dealer. I had to call nissan directly for the wheels. Even then it was POA.

I think you need to go WAY above the service dept or anyone at the dealer. I had to call nissan directly for the wheels. Even then it was POA. Lot's of emails, lots of VMs. That's sad that with only 10k miles the dealer isn't being more of an advocate for you. Not all dealers are the same. Maybe try another dealer and they may be able to contact someone directly? Just make sure you document what's going on. I've heard some folks got service contracts, etc. Not me though! Just new wheels. Good luck!
