Don't let this stop you. A certain percentage of cars are going to have some problem or other -- convertibles included. Most people including myself have had no problems.

Yep mine doesn't have these problems too, but these are expected teething problems with first year models . However if you can wait, what I really miss most is the Rear view cam which apparently is going to be offered in the 2011 models

Flawless here and mine gets lowered/raised 10-15 times per week.
