2010 370Z convertible top Bow Pad fell off

Does anyone have any info on how to replace a convertible top Bow Pad? One of mine fell off while closing the top. I would like to know how to

One of mine fell off while closing the top. I would like to know how to open the top into a position that I can work on it and replacement options for the pad.
