Roof won't open!

Hey forum, Has this happened to anyone? I tried to put the top down today and I can hear the motor but the roof did not unlatch. Like nothing happened.

I tried to put the top down today and I can hear the motor but the roof did not unlatch. Like nothing happened. I guess I have to take it into the dealer tomorrow but just curious if anyone else had this happen to them. Thanks
