A cool area is that small spot to the right of the dash by the steering column. It's perfect for hiding it but ease of getting to. It's kind of a ledge but perfect spot too.

Is yours an auto or manual? How do you like it so far? Any tips on installing this?

I meant to bump this thread yesterday, but completely forgot.

Now that some time has passed, how is everybody's SB holding up?

Green all the time for me

After reading a few posts i gave up on looking for this answer. I had the latest EcuTek tune done. It also adjusted my throttle response and a few other things dramatically, why do Sprint Booster (still not sure what that is) as opposed to doing a full tune? Z's used to lag off the line but now it throws you into the seat off the line.

Here's your answer. If you had the lag tuned out when you had your tune done, then the booster will serve no purpose. My tune didn't address the throttle. Had I know to tell them to do it, I wouldn't have needed to spend more money on the sprint booster. That's all the booster does, remaps the throttle. You had it done via a tune, which is what the booster does.

Littlejuanito, my car is the auto. I love mine all the way!!! I typically drive mine around in "green" mode. Install is super easy, for me was getting the plastic piece where the bolts for the pedal are. Luckily I found a mini flat head screwdriver used for glasses to pry it off. By the time you get that booger your light goes off from the door being left opened which needs to happen when installing. So super simple. For the ones with tunes, I ponder it all the time but no tuner remotely close and I always regretted tuning my two audi's, so many freaking issues and always felt it compromised the car so poorly. When I stuck a SB in I thought holy crap!!! And I had spent thousands in flashes, coils, plugs, and a turbo replacement. Go figure!

Brian in Bakersfield...

Update/Review

I installed the SprintBooster and I gotta agree with everybody, it definitively works as advertised.

So far the only issue I have, it's having to get used to the clutch work since it feels a little different. I'm running it in Green mode, didn't really used it on RED yet but I think for driving around town and/or in stop and go traffic, the RED would be too much.

Anyone with a MT6 care to input?

I have had it a few months now with my MT. I keep it at red all the time, took a little to get used to. It's been a great MOD though.

Congrats! your gonna love it. I started off on the green setting and it was pretty good. After a few days, I switched to Red mode and it's awesome. I suggest you start off on the Green setting so you can get used it, then move up to the Red, it changes the whole driving experience.
