Any Roadsters with Spoilers?

Looking to see some pictures of Roadsters with Spoilers added.

Been tossing around the idea....

Check out my photo album.
Mine is extreme to some people but I like it.

I have the Spoiler Solutions spoiler on mine. I paced back and forth a lot, mentally, about adding the spoiler. Now that it's there I wonder why I took so long. To me, it just looks right.

I didn't drill/screw mine in. Clay barred the area, alcohol swabbed it off and used 3M. Survived the winter plus 140mph on a track in cold weather.

I love the look of the spoiler on your car. Did it come painted? How hard was it to install? I just contacted the company (they are not far from me). I am a little nervous about the install myself but really like the look on your car so it may be in my near future.

God bless
John

Nope just used fishing line to remove the old one, removed excess adhesive, and these came with new adhesive. Just stuck it on. Did the front too.

Where did you buy it from? It comes with the matching paint?

If I remember correctly mine was just under $300 from Spoiler Solutions on Ebay. Comes pre-painted and with the basic stuff to install it - screws and drill guides. I had to get a tube of clear silicone sealant, a stepped drill bit, and tape to hold the guides in place.

Did a quick google of Fleabay. This is the only one I found - 160 in primer, 250 painted (plus shipping).

The hardest part was actually putting drill bit to trunk. Not physically hard. Not technically hard. Psychologically, on the other hand...

There are a couple of well detailed threads on here about doing it:

Looks good. I couldn't bring myself to go the 3M route. I was afraid of what would happen if it got used as a handle for the trunk - which it has.

But most importantly, someone let a Roadster on a track? I thought those days were gone forever.
