I agree, I could afford to pay a mark-up, but I've never done that, and I'm not about to start now. I have a feeling that some dealers will not be marking them up in the L.A./ OC area, and the ones that do will come down quickly, much quicker then a few months. I will be patient and wait, any extra money over MSRP is going toward mods.

It appears to me: not available on base model

Where is this information coming from? In the press release they mentioned the 2 packages, but I didn't see where it said you had to have touring to get NAV.

That's a poor decision on Nissans part, there are a lot of people out there that would like NAV but probably not want leather or the upgraded stereo, etc. It doesn't make sense that you would have to spend over $6K to get the NAV :-(

Any more info??

thanks!!

Nevermind, I saw the chart :-(

Sure hope that changes.

I totally agree vehicles are coming with nav standard now or for little extra albeit probably not as good as this system seems to be.

If they want more, I'm going to have to smack some sense into these dealerships...
Guess I have to come up with what 42k?
How much is tax and hidden fees?
Trying to get a fullyloaded 6mt.

Crash 12-31-2008 03:26 PM

It will be about 42K with taxes but not including licensing and delivery fees.

Here in California, it's going to be about 44K because our sales tax just went up to 10%.

I went to 2 dealers yesterday in So. Cal.

The first dealer's manager said the cars wouldn't be shipped until April and I categorically wouldn't find any 370Zs anywhere :werd:.

So, I drove across town where 2 were on the showroom floor...a White Touring without Sports Pak and a Silver Touring with Sports Pak, too bad the other dealer has to wait until April :rofl2:.

No dealer markups, but both had lighted door sills for $200 and floormats, etc. that added ~ $400 in cost.

The white is pearlescent metallic BTW and doesn't look as nice in real life to my eye as the pictures do of a white Z.

.

yeah, I've called a couple and they have no clue, they should probably try reading a memo once in awhile, or at least get online and study the product they are trying to sell.

What dealer had the 2 in stock??

Mossy Nissan in San Diego on Clairmont Mesa Blvd.

They actually had the white Z in their used car showroom and the gray one in their new car showroom.

San Diego's Pacific Nissan won't have any until April :drama:
