This is a very odd situation as Nissan has not supported its dealer network by offering incentives to compensate for the lower prices. Although I'm sure this has happened before, I don't ever remember seeing a situation like this.

I think the key is to target dealerships that already have a 2014 on the lot. Even if it's not the one you want, their purchase of a 2014 indicates that they're already getting past the situation with the 2013's. I think a dealership that already has 2014's would be more willing to order another one for you that matches your exact criteria.
Use the phone and call around. In odd situations like this, they will not all behave the same.
