That's the Nissan nismo s tune kit. You can get it at anywhere, local, online.

That front lip isn't stock NISMO, its the NISMO lip extension.
And the side sills are stock NISMO. Z1Motorsports sells them.  Nismo S-Tune Side Skirts Nismo S-Tune Front Lip Extension
