Figure a dealer's cost after the holdback is somewhere $800-$1000 under invoice. Maybe a few hundred less if there are some special incentives available from Nissan. It's ridiculous for them to take a loss in the thousands of $$ just to move a car. As a salesman myself, I'd never intentionally take a loss on a sale - no reason to. I can always say no to the deal.

Yeah that does make sense, their trade in value could have been lower to compensate. Thanks for the info
