I got my base 2011 for 36k OTD, so your price seems fair, especially considering its a touring. Also you have room to negotiate with the dealer as 2012s are

I got my base 2011 for 36k OTD, so your price seems fair, especially considering its a touring. Also you have room to negotiate with the dealer as 2012s are appearing on showroom floors.
