2012 Touring Interior Option Changes?

Can someone explain why ther has been a change to the choice of interior colors with the exterior colors?

For instance:

Persimmon Leather used to be offered on these colors:

Monterey Blue, White Pearl, Gun Metallic, Brilliant Silver, Magnetic Black

For 2012 it is only offered on White Pearl and Magnetic Black?

Does anyone know why this is? I get why they might have taken it off of Monterey Blue b/c it may have not sold well (although I thought it was a great combo) but why take it away from Gun Metallic and Brilliant Silver? It looked great on those colors? Please someone shed some insight if possible? Thanks!

I posted about this a few months ago & nobody beleived me.

I wanted the blue w/ persimmon & ended up with red & black.
