I got an offer from a SoCal dealer on a 2010 6MT base for $27600 before TTL, is this a good deal? The dealer is not willing to go down

Is this a good deal?
I got an offer from a SoCal dealer on a 2010 6MT base for $27600 before TTL, is this a good deal? The dealer is not willing to go down any further because they're already losing too much money. should I take it or wait for 2011?
