Default Nizmo Exhaust

I am buying a 40th Year Anniversary 370Z on Monday, and would like to have a more robust exhaust sound. The stock exhaust is too quiet. I'd like to know if the Nismo exhaust option is worth it, and whether it produces too much interior drone when cruising the highway?

The answer is a big NO

Many threads here dealing with this, check out the search function. Best exhausts according to folks who post here are Stillen, Berk, Fast Intentions, Greddy and a few others. The Nismo is overpriced and does not get near the gains of the aftermarket pipes. Also, Nismo owners have been replacing their exhausts as fast as the owners of other Zs

Thanks for the feedback. I think the dealer said it was like $1,800 which I thought was crazy expensive. A Corsa cat-back for a Corvette is about $1,200.

The dealer was going to let me know if I could have it for half price if I bought the car, so it would have been a better deal if it was any good.
