I am not saying that you should or should not buy a car with miles on it, all i am saying is find out how the car had the miles put on it before you judge the dealer.

Some of the guys that got new G37's had a letter in the glove box from the factory telling them that there car was driven on the factory track and XXmiles were put on it for this purpose. It was signed and everything.

Affirmative. And, mine only had .3 more than the letter.

How many miles did it have on it?

WShade 01-24-2009 12:26 PM

Letter said 12 and the odometer read 12.3 miles when I took delivery of the Infiniti. My Subaru had 9 and 7 is the very minimum I have personally seen. Also, may I add that both vehicles had full transport protection still on them and not test driven.

GT-R man 01-24-2009 12:26 PM

they maybe put on 3-10 miles on it

google TOCHIGI TEST TRACK IN JAPAN. thats nissan's private testing track. All the legendery vehicles were tested there.

Sorry to hear you are having problems ordering a car.

I might order one but I have been seeing where people are willing to pay MSRP or evn $1K Under MSRP.

Without really trying much I have been able to get at least two dealers willing to sell me a fully loaded 2009 370Z Touring Sport on their lot or due in that retail for $41,935.00 for $38,491.00 plus doc fees, tax and license. I guess it helps to have relationships with
dealers since besides owning a travel agency- I have been auto brokering cars on the side for over 20+ years.

If that's the case, then I'm OK with it all. Then I can at least see from the dealer if mine was fart-fuq'ed before I got there. :D

KenBT 01-24-2009 04:53 PM

Just received another voicemail message and another LA Nissan Dealer said his GM will sell me a $41,935.00 MSRP car or any 2009 370Z for Actual Dealer Invoice.

Now what are good color combos?
