in process of ordering 2010 touring and was going to order all the NISMO aero parts but my dealer is telling me that his parts deparment is not authorized NISMO

NISMO aero parts
in process of ordering 2010 touring and was going to order all the NISMO aero parts but my dealer is telling me that his parts deparment is not authorized NISMO parts dealer and they can not order them. intially salesman offered those parts at cost and I pay for labor to install. does anyone know if this is true or just a B/S
