I'd probably stay away from a used car that had the fenders flared (depending on the history known). But it was likely owned by some stance nation idiot trying to put on wheels that don't fit or lower it without proper suspension mods. An idiot with confidence can fuk up all sorts of $hit ... who knows what other unseen damage there might be :ugh:
