I am looking at KBB. It rates my car at 27K. With mods, do you think 29.5K is reasonable?

The problem with mods, after market parts etc is about the only person that values them is you. Dealers, auctions etc place no value on those parts. If you wait advertise a lot you will find a private seller perhaps that will give you what you want but it might take a while. There is a certain satisfaction that one gets from adding those parts on themselves.

Remove the parts sell the car, sell the parts and be happy.

aftermarket parts are worth less than oem, so more like 25-26
