cooltoy cooked up a photoshopped pic of a platinum graphite z with color matched wheels (thanks again!) and that helped me pull the trigger on getting them powder coated.
So, here's a comparison of a photoshopped version vs my car in case anyone is interested. The lighting is different, so the color has less of that bronze/gold hue that PG has sometimes, but I'd say it's pretty darn close looking at it in person.

I couldn't find any real photos before, so this should help anyone who is searching. Platinum Graphite 370z Rays sport package wheels color matched PG K51 painted / powdercoated. 2009-2012 09-12 Ray's Engineering sport wheels that match body color.

It briefly crossed my mind, but PG is not too far from the silver color on the stock sport package wheels. IMO body colored wheels is a little too "90's" car scene, with clear lenses and altezza taillights etc.

My next thought was the 40th anniversary wheel color. I ended up settling on a custom pearl dip'd solution. Durable, you can fix imperfections yourself, and its 100% removable/peelable. The cost associated with powdercoating wasnt something I was interested in, and I cant ever change my mind. I might try a gloss black later this year.

FYI, the car is not on flat ground, and I dont have that much camber. I thought I'd share the 305 eye candy :)

Anyone have a picture of their graphite with a matte purple rim, maybe blue, preferably a F14? I'm thinking about going to a different color then red to change it up.. or even a royal blue?

I love this Gun Metallic look to the Z, I have an 09' PG 370z but am looking into getting it painted GM. Anyone have an idea as to how much it would cost? I've heard that it's not too expensive since they just have to add a different shade or something like that, can anyone confirm this?
