You'll need a couple bottles of ketchup... or pretty much anything that's sticky/gross looking. Next time they do this to your car, pour the ketchup bottles all over the ground near the doors of their car, preferably so they can't reach the door handles without stepping on it. You're going to create a moat so they can't get in. Totally harmless and no one get's pissed you messed with their car.
