I got my headlights painted, & already bought a better lens. Just gotta find some models ;)

Nice pics...
I've had Nikons all my life and you have made a wise choice in cameras (and cars)! I just picked up a Nikon D7000 (to replace a Nikon D70) and I've only had it a week. Now that the leaves are changing, this time of year is perfect for "car shots". I could also get all "technical" about your photos, but a photographer is an artist and no two are alike. If you enjoy your pictures the way that they are composed, then that is all that matters. If your friends and forum members enjoy them too, well that's just icing on the cake. As you get more familiar with the Nikon, your pictures will get better as well. Nice job! |
They came out ok because I was stuck with my 70-300mm lens, so taking pics was difficult & I had to get creative. I have a nikon 5100 & just received the 16-85mm lens, which is what I'll use next time. This is my first DSLR, & only had the camera for a week when I took these pics, and have never taken photography classes.

Those TE's look insane!

Nice Pics!! Keep it up, I have a Nikon for myself too!!
The 16-85 and 70-300 will cover almost all the range you need. Next lens you might want to get is a Marco or Ultra Wide Angle. |
I love my 16-85. It rarely leaves my camera. I only wish it were a tad faster.
