Well yeah but I figured it would be harder to see in photoshop, if I like it on the white hood figured I'd like it on the black haha.

I'm at a Ford dealer now comparing the hoods and where you have it is the perfect location with a flat back and a slight slope forward. I got high hopes for this

Shoot.. the vents are really long so I don't know what I'll do about that.

That's OK. How much longer are they? Twice what I have pictures? And probably wider, right? Did you get measurements? If you did, I could mock it up better.

I have seen people cut through the ribs, but have no idea how it effects the hood.

I don't like those as much.

Hacks. The cutouts were uneven and should have worked from the top side.

Link didn't show up on my phone. I forgot his name but I've seen pictures of a blue z on here with a custom hood where he modified the middle pretty drastic. So maybe it wouldn't be that bad.

You should create a separate thread asking about cutting through the ribs and it's effect on hood integrity.

I was just using it as an example to show that people do cut through the ribs.
