I'm looking at a GM Z and it seems like from some angles the bumpers look like a slightly different color from the rest of the body. I came here to see if it was just an illusion and it seems that way in some of the pics in this thread too... its almost like the metallic is slightly directional for a lack of a better term. so if the bumpers are painted at a different angle from the body in the factory they light up differently in the sun.

the Nismo at peal harbor a few posts earlier demonstrates exactly what i'm talking about. Even the gas cap just looks slightly different...

Im not hating...i really love the color and im trying to make sure its not a repaint issue. Id rather not spend money on a used car that's had the bumpers resprayed.

When you look at your GM, do the bumpers seem to look like they are just slightly a different shade? or am i crazy?
