The "WIN" that exists in a RSX-s or a Celica GTS is weight.
Its hard to keep an RSX street legal with any major HP gains, that or you've got to drop a $h1T ton of money into it, same with the Celica, although the RSX has WAY more support out there. Edit: Stock: RSX-S: Curb Weight : 2769-2840 lbs 200-210HP@ 7800 rpm Celi GTS: Curb Weight : 2500-2580 lbs 180HP@7600 |
I guess it's the intake I'm hearing. It's a loud whistle.

^ yea those things sound mean as heck w/intake + race header.
this race is very understandable, those newer RSX's are mighty powerful with those mods listed....i know they can beat a 350Z without much trouble |
Exactly the reason my 370 isn't even going to be CLOSE to stock. I've been contemplating that GTM sleeved block too. LOL I'd like to have the car tuned to 800HP when I get the turbo kit.

My Celica runs 1546hp with only a shot of Diet DR. Pepper

Btw I know its random but has anyone test driven the Caymen S? |
I used to own a Celica GT-S. Really fun high-revving car to drive and sounds like a crotch rocket when it hits lift (I had an AEM intake on it). The auto GT-S was slow as hell and had little hope of ever being fast due to very poor gearing, but the manual has pretty good potential. Too bad the aftermarket isn't nearly on-par with the RSX.
