2011 Color Options (rumors or conjecture)?
 

Has there been any info, official or otherwise, related to what the color options might be for the upcoming MY?

I am hoping for something like the Nismo Platinum Graphite on a roadster...

I hear they will only be made in hot pink, lime green, and poka dot.

Multicoloured body panels & bondo look with glue on porthole vents and mismatched wheels for the 'hood.

I've read rumors that the "1 year special color" will be the return of "Burnt Orange" for the 2011 year.

That would be nice!

I hate those 1 year colors. Pfft, who wastes their money on that?

I prefer to think of it as "black cherries"...

Back on topic, I think either orange or green would look terrific. An apple green might move me to tears that I didn't wait another year.

Think about a Green roadster with tan leather interior. Going Old School all the way!

I think a satin black, one of those blacks with a satin clear coat would be wicked looking.

So can anyone recall what Nissan did with the colors from MY to MY on the 350Z? Should there be an expectation that there will be new colors each MY? Thanks for the replies so far...

I like the yellow from the 2009 MY, but who am I kidding. I prefer the Black Rose er, Cherry in the US!!

Orange would be awesome. Though I always wanted an orange Z, so I'd proably end up pissy that they didn't have it for 09.

So if they did the Orange Exterior Then everyone would get the Persimmon Leather interior. I guess Nissan would finally have a color combo that would match the LED lights

I hope orange becomes an option and a nice orange, like lambo orange, not this burnt or super light like that past years. Also white with orange or red interior as options would be wonderful.

But are the rumors of the 2011 volor being another grayscale true? I saw something that looked like a press release on automotive.com, but I know Nissan hasn't released an official PR on their website yet this year about 2011.

What do you think?
