Devil Z..
Just for FUN.. I got rid of speed limit.. and reached at 278km/h ( GPS ) |
I dream of driving on the Wangan but I wouldn't have the guts to do anything like that in the states. Just wouldn't seem as fun. Judging by the text, you're in Korea I'd say, right? Pretty dope stuff man, I enjoyed the video even though it might get banned.
|
nice video, how did you remove the speed limiter?
|
How did you get the speedometer on the GPS?
|
Glad you weren't in Britain!
276 kph Porsche Driver Jailed Monday, September 24, 2007 | Labels: News | | #fullpost{display:inline;} 276kph is just the speed needed to break UK fastest speeding offence. LONDON, England (AP) -- A rental car worker who was clocked at 276 kph (172 mph) in his company's Porsche was ordered jailed Monday for 10 weeks. Tim Brady arrives at Oxford Crown Court on Monday to hear the verdict. Tim Brady, 33, who was caught January 27, became the fastest speeder ever convicted in Britain. He beat the previous record -- 251 kph -- set by car dealer Jason McAllister in 2003. http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.au...stbrit_web.jpg Brady was caught driving the $198,000 Porsche 911 Turbo, which he took from his employer, luxury car rental firm HelpHire, authorities said. Brady had nagged his boss to take the Porsche out the day before, but was repeatedly told no, authorities said. Judge David Morton called the act "criminally self-indulgent." "[You were] utterly thoughtless of the danger you might be creating for the innocent," he told Brady. Brady, who admitted to dangerous driving, was banned from driving for three years and will have to take a new driving test before taking to the road again. He quit his job a day after he was caught |
Decent production for a home video. So approximately 170mph .. not bad. What part of Korea was that, I couldn't catch any of the signs. Seoul?
|
that is very fast, funny intro in the video though.
|
I live in seoul..
In korea, dealers fit the korean navi system to 370Z. I also got the limit canceler. :driving: This is my power tuning list. 1. ITG drop in air cleaner 2. Central 20 ( Z sport ) metal catalyzer ( 150 cel ) 3. ARQRAY exhaust ( titan tail ) This is the top speed of 7speed on the lift.. Of course.. we need a lot of power to get this speed on the road.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mi5na7iYs-k |
DevilZ are you Korean living in seoul or a foreigner??
Nice to see Zs in Korea!! ㅎㅎㅎ I like what you've done with the roof! do you mind if i ask you to post some pictures of your Z with vinyl roof? thanks! |

So what is the wan rate these days? Back in the 90's we could make some decent change on playing the market .. ha .. miss those dayz at Camp Essayons.
|
haha, korea doesnt have speed limits, they have speed suggestions, same as red lights, dont gotta stop, but you "should", spent 3 years there, loved it. Lived in Songtan for a bit just outside of Osan city, great place. Miss the kimchi. I like how they dont really have traffic police either, they have stationary police lights that are made to look like cruisers, its hilarious.
|
I want that display interface!!!! but in english lol
hmmmm I might have to use some work resources and make some programs for us Z drivers.... ;) |
You don't "have" to stop for a red light in Korea? :icon14:
|
Everytime I took the bus from Camp Red Cloud down to Seoul, the bus driver would RARELY ever stop for stop lights, he might slow down a little but in most case he just kept barreling through the light. Probably the most memorable incident was when 2 scooters - each holding over 4 people on each one - smacked into each other ... people flew in all kinds of directions.

Cullmann i'm in love with you now
more please :driving: - Ty |
Korea is okay. The drivers in korea dont give a **** about the pedestrians. Almost got hit a couple of times. I would bitch at the driver and he would bitch back. Even though there arent many cops, there are many cameras around the place.
|
Nice video and wow that is fast.
So the GPS speed display is standard on korean spec navi? Anyway to get this feature on US models? |
Quote:
This is only for korean dealer option. You can't use korean spec navi in US. |
I'm trying to work it so I can take my Z with me to Korea. Would be nice to meet up with you guys if I can get it out there. I'll be down near the hump.
|
Great video.
BTW, if any of you guys are interested, the anime at the beginning of the video is called Wangan Midnight. One of my favorites. It's old but love that 240. -CharB |
Great vid! Is it please possible to either post some pics of the white Z or let me know what there is on it?
Thanks a lot! |
Great video Cullman! -- thanks for sharing it.
I'm betting you were someplace up near Incheon?...I know you certainly weren't on #1 headed south from Seoul -- everytime I'm on that road, we seem to be about 50Kph unless I'm in a bus in the bus lane...:icon17: IMWEZL -- drop me a PM when you get to Korea -- when I'm in country, I go down to "the Hump" quite a bit -- I'll buy you lunch at the AMC. |
"바람이 많이불어서...속도가 잘 안나는데여?"
