I had a similar incident and the damage was significantly less than yours and it still came out $1500. So I'm guessing 2-3k like others have mentioned.

Well a new amuse kit is $2500, plus paint, so your estimate Should come around 4-5K. If not, you should feel some pain in your neck and lower back from whip lash in the morning

Sorry to see your damage.... your door is tweeked pretty good looking at how it's fitting in the rear. Might possibly need a door shell which is how I would write it up. Possible damage in the hinge pillar area too.
New fender
New door shell
Blend hood
Blend qtr panel
Qtr glass often breaks during r&I, very expensive
Easily 5k
