Essentially, yes. I don't think they changed much from the G37 besides the badging.  . The redesigned Q60 is supposed to come out in 2016 (I confirmed with my Infiniti manager, he thinks summer), and I already have plans of getting that. The only differences I noticed are the sport package wheels (gorgeous), and the Q60 has a more aggressive front end (again, on the sport package anyway) vs the G37. Other than that, I don't believe they have changed much.
**Basically the same as the "redesign" on the Z's, but Infiniti chose to put a different badge on it too.
