The Z Store not responding to e-mails
Wednesday morning: E-mailed pictures of a concern of a product I received from them. E-mailed before they opened (Central vs Pacific time difference)
Thursday: E-mailed again No response to two e-mails Call this morning "What e-mail did you send to?" "The only one on your website." "Well send it to Mike@ and I'll get it." I e-mailed Mike, no response. Called and had to leave a message. No response yet. This typical for those guys?? |
I emailed them regarding a product too. Took a few days, but Mike did replied eventually.

Nothing worse that lag when it comes down to customer service. I mean we all have our emails in our hands now 24/7...no excuse for delaying a simple question or inquiry.

If I have questions, I always call them or anyone I am dealing with. Emails can end up in a spam folder, etc.

Have you tried sending a PM via this site to Mike? or perhaps he will see this thread

I did call them, twice. I spoke to Mike once and said "check your e-mail buddy"
The thing is, I have pictures they need to see. That's why they need to read their e-mail... There is a point for e-mail. |
