Fortunitally my sister also lives in AZ and has a car so she could take me over to CA to see my padre and pick up my beater car

UPDATE: I guess he was or currently is in the military and my lawyer told me that Geico is going after his insurance (USAA) for $ to get back for the money they paid me for my totaled car.
