What i would wish for is... to be able to run him over, :happydance: , then reverse the car on him :drama: then run him over again :eekdance:

Repeat that process til i feel good about the damage :driving:

That really sucks OP, I'm sure everyone's already said this but best of luck for you.

If it makes you feel any better, my very first car was brand new and was considered excessive as it was the best of Toyota. It was keyed after 1 month in our house garage. We suspect it was my uncle. :)

At least it wasn't a relative of yours.

Btw, good luck with the job search. I feel your pain.

my dd's been keyed too... like 4-5 of them over the years. most only had like less than 500miles on the odo.

Get an estimate for painting + clear. If more than your deductible, just go through insurance.

FYI, progressive will even reimburse me for redoing the sealant a month after repainting. Thanks Flo! lol

Sucks, sorry to hear about your car! Lots of stupid people in that area, for sure good to have a very low/$0 deductible on your comprehensive

Being Keyed

This is one of my biggest concerns! Jealous, weak minded people. Should be justifiable homicide. Help rid the world of vermin.
Good Luck

Most will deny or accept it but, IMO, the only drawback of having nice cars is that we always need to watch out where we park, watch out for jealous people, we get labeled as cocky or a$$h drivers, etc --- this makes us not enjoy the car fully especially when dining out, on a date, etc.

And yes, I do realize that a few don't really care about their cars and take the mentality of "it's just a friggin car. Drive it and enjoy it!"

Munts 11-24-2014 10:39 PM

So messed up how another person can do something like that to someone else's car... It would almost make it worth it for someone to do it so i could catch them in the act while they do it...
