Are you running HFC or Test pipes, and if so what brand? If you have the stock cats, there won't be any fitment issues. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade to a 5" tip, which is a better fit for the Nismo bumper.

All stock, but plan to get Motordyne's Art Pipes. Would that be an issue?

If I remember correctly they mount in the stock location so you shouldn't have a problem.
